The Salt & Whiskey Dusty Rabbit: “Un-Beetable”

As part of San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter 150-year celebration and “friendly” competition, Salt & Whiskey has created a special Dusty Rabbit cocktail. Paying homage to the neighborhood’s “Rabbitville” nickname, the Dusty Rabbit competition pits local establishments against each other to find out which bar/restaurant can create the most delicious craft cocktail. The Salt & Whiskey San Diego entry is a creative combination of whiskey, roasted beet juice and roasted carrot juice.
