After months of preparation, Salt & Whiskey San Diego officially opened their doors on Wednesday, August 2. The celebration was a nod to their history within the San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. Guests were treated to a delicious sampling of the new restaurant menu including pork belly with a whiskey bourbon glaze, brussels sprouts with red grape reduction, beet salad 3 ways, and strawberry cucumber gazpacho.
